TL;DR

  • Skiffer is provided as is.

  •  Use the service only for legitimate purposes.

  • Your content and personal data are protected.

Agreement

This is an agreement between You and Tutus Data AB, company registration number 556527-7687, a Swedish company located at Svärdvägen 11, 182 33 Danderyd, Sweden (the Company). The agreement covers Your use of the web-based video conferencing system "Skiffer" (the Service), which is provided by the Company.

By using the Service, You acknowledge and accept these terms. If You use the Service for or on behalf of a legal entity, You confirm that You have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. The Company may change these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is published on the Service's website (https://skiffer.tutus.se).

The Service

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement, the Service is provided as is, without any warranty as to availability, uptime, performance, quality, functionality, compatibility or any other characteristics. The Service may be unavailable in certain countries.

The Company may at any time and without notice, and without any liability to You or to any third party, suspend, restrict, modify, upgrade, downgrade or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, including any features, integrations or components.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in accordance with these terms and with applicable laws and regulations, including that You are responsible for holding any necessary permits, licences, rights and consents. You are solely responsible for Your use of the Service and for all content that You transmit, communicate, store or otherwise handle through the Service ("Your Content").

You agree not to:

  • Take any action that may disrupt or compromise the operation or security of the Service, or the privacy of other users.

  • Use the Service for fraudulent, criminal, abusive or otherwise unlawful activity.

  • Infringe, violate or encroach upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy or property rights. • Transmit software containing malicious code, such as viruses, Trojans, worms or similar.

  • Send misleading or false user information with the intention of deceiving or causing harm.

  • Send unsolicited advertising ("spam") through the Service in breach of the law.

  • Share inappropriate or obscene material, including pornographic or violent content.

  • Attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to the Service or to other users' accounts.

  • Remove or alter logos, legal notices or trade marks associated with the Service.

Privacy

Tutus's general privacy and cookie terms are available at https://tutus.se/en/cookies-information.

The following applies specifically to the Service:

  • The Company monitors servers and network access to the Service.

  • The Company does not access, store or share any information (Your Content) arising during a video meeting. All content is deleted when the last participant leaves the meeting.

  • The Company retains and analyses server and network logs in order to ensure the security and availability of the Service. The logs contain metadata but never Your Content. Logs are deleted after 90 days.

  • External eID providers (for example Freja ID and Svipe) are used for authentication at login. In eID-verified meetings, the Service shows Your name and eID source to the other participants. In unverified meetings, the Service shows the name You have entered.

  • The Service uses cookies to improve the user experience.

  • If You are a moderator, the Company stores details such as Your name, organisation, department, telephone number and email address. Your ID is converted to an irreversible hash. These details are retained only for support and invoicing.

  • Moderators are responsible for reporting changes to user details, and for reporting when a Freja OrgID user no longer represents the organisation.

  • For users with Skiffer OrgID, the ID, name and organisation are stored as registered by the moderator.

  • All servers and systems are located within Sweden, in security-approved facilities.

  • All administrators with access have undergone individual security vetting by the Company.

This agreement shall be governed by Swedish law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the SCC Arbitration Institute. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm. The language of the arbitration shall be Swedish.
