A secure digital workplace cannot be designed off the shelf. We start with how your information is classified, which roles need access to what, and the situations in which the work is done. From there we decide which parts must be kept entirely separate, which can share the same environment, and where encryption needs to sit. The result is an architecture sized to your actual security level. You will not get a heavier solution than the work requires, and no part of the chain is left to chance.
Protection in both the service and the hardware.
Video meetings, file sharing, chat and email are used every day, and they often carry sensitive information. Our services are encrypted and work like the tools you are already used to. Protection that exists only in software can be turned off in configuration. That is why the services rest on purpose-built hardware: a computer, a smartphone and a VPN, all built for security.
Swedish cloud hosting or your own environment
You choose where the workplace runs: on our cloud platform, where data is stored in Sweden and operations are handled by security-vetted staff, or as an on-premises installation in your own environment.
The difference lies mainly in the division of responsibility. With cloud hosting, we take care of updates, monitoring and maintenance. An on-premises installation gives you full authority over the environment but requires the capacity to manage it yourselves. We go through both options early, because the choice affects the architecture.
