If you are having trouble connecting to your video meeting, or if you cannot hear or see each other, it may be due to your network connection, firewall or proxy settings.
Firewall settings
To configure your firewall, see the table below. The rules should be applied to outbound traffic. Skiffer will send return traffic to the port the client used when establishing the connection. The firewall should be configured to allow this return traffic.
Proxy settings
If SSL/TLS proxy inspection is used, an exception must be made for *.tutus.se.
Network connection
For a good experience, a connection of 10 Mbps per participant is recommended.
