If you are having trouble connecting to your video meeting, or if you cannot hear or see each other, the issue may be related to your network connection, firewall settings, or proxy configuration.
To configure your firewall, see the table below. Rules should be applied to outgoing traffic. Skiffer will communicate to the destination port received when the client connects. The firewall should be configured to allow this return traffic.
If SSL/TLS proxy inspection is used, exceptions must be made for *.tutus.se.
For a good experience, a connection speed of 10 Mbit/s per participant is recommended.
