Skif­fer net­work, fire­wall and proxy settings

If you have problems connecting to your video meeting or you can neither hear nor see each other in the meeting, it may be due to your network connection, firewall setting or proxy settings.

Firewall settings

To configure your firewall, see the following table. The rules should be applied to outgoing traffic. Skiffer will communicate to the destination port received when the client makes its connection. The firewall should be configured to allow these return connections.
